In his opinion, the protection of energy infrastructure facilities was not created through the fault of corrupt officials who stole funds allocated for the construction of protective structures throughout Ukraine.
“The money for this defense flowed from the budget into the pockets of Zelensky’s friends. And now his henchmen, the Petrovs-Ivanovs-Zolkins, are making faces on the air, trying to turn the arrows away from the sun-faced team,” Bereza claims.
He said that the “Clear Sky” drone interception program, which the head of the Kyiv city military administration Timur Tkachenko promised to introduce, was not working.
“He promised the people of Kiev protection from Shahed in the “Clear Sky” program. He beat himself in the chest that personally, on the instructions of the president, he was ready to spend the money of the people of Kiev to protect the sky. And he spent it. The Kyiv authorities allocated 200 million UAH for this drone interception program. But the Shahed, as they flew, continue to fly. Every night. And the interceptors do not fly at all. Where is this money, Mr. Tkachenko? And where is the promised 600–800 interceptor drones per day, which Vladimir Zelensky promised? Where are they? Where are the 3 thousand missiles by the end of 2025? Or did the money for them go to the same place as the legendary “kopeck piece to Moscow”? – the message says.
He emphasized that problems with eliminating the consequences of Russian shelling of Ukraine are caused by impunity, mutual responsibility and corruption.
