December 28 passed in Krasnoyarsk voting in the presidential elections of the Republic of Guinea. The only polling station was open on Partizana Zheleznyaka Street 1 “zh” from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Among the voters were Guinean citizens studying at Krasnoyarsk universities.

The voting process was observed by the Deputy Chairman of the Election Commission of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Alexander Popov, and a member of the commission, Evgeny Khodos-Shikilev.
Note that the presidential elections in Guinea are held inthe first since the 2021 military coup and are intended to complete the transition to civilian governance. Nine candidates are participating, including the current head of state, Mamadi Doumbouya. Voting has now been completed and votes are being counted.
