Ingredients:
- Wheat flour – 150 gr
- Cottage cheese 250 – gr
- Sugar 80 – gr
- Eggs (large) – 1 pc

- Vegetable oil – 250 ml

Preparation:
- Prepare the ingredients. Cottage cheese is suitable for any fat content. Freak oil, take a refined smell.
- Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve or beat with a blender. This will make the dough more homogeneous.
- Beat the egg with sugar to a lush light mass.
- Add an egg, vanillin, soda and salt to the cottage cheese with sugar. Mix everything well.
- See the flour and pour into the curd mass. Due to sifting, the flour is saturated with oxygen, which will make the balls more magnificent.
- Knead the sticky dough. No need to try to add more flour to remove stickiness, otherwise the finished dish will turn out to be dense.
