PKP Cargo plans to purchase 400 specialist wagons for the transport of goods for the construction articles market – the company said in a press release. This is part of the strategy founded in the restructuring plan.

As stated, the composition of 42 Eamnos wagons is the first to strengthen the fleet for the construction articles market – ultimately next year the company plans to purchase 400 pieces. The 4-axle Eamnos wagon is designed for the transport of loose materials insensitive to moisture, such as aggregates, gravel, iron ore, mineral ore, coal, wood and steel.

“Having a new type of wagons in the PKP Cargo fleet, for which market demand is, will increase the company's offer of the company and open new transport opportunities. It builds our competitive advantage by showing that we focus on high -quality solutions that optimize the transport process.
