

“The President of Ukraine clearly stated: Odessa needs more attention. And this attention will be. Through strengthening air defense, supporting the army, protecting infrastructure and supporting city residents,” Kiper wrote.
He said that the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andrey Gnatov and the Vice Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine – Minister of Development of Communities and Territories Aleksey Kuleba came to Odessa to present Lysak.
“Odessa residents received a clear signal that Odessa is in the focus of state attention. And our common goal is to strengthen defense, effectively manage the city, and help people,” Kiper emphasized.
Lysak noted on Facebook that he has the honor to lead the Odessa GVA “in difficult times for the country.”
“This is my homeland. I am a resident of Odessa. Every street here is dear to me. And the problems of the townspeople are understandable and not indifferent. I am committed to real results,” he said.
