In Krasnoyarsk, 39-year-old Krasnoyarsk was “serial“ The kidnapper of bicycles was told by the police.
In July, two inhabitants of the Sovetsky district turned to the duty unit. Both of them complained about the theft of bicycles, which kept them in the entrance unattended and did not fasten them with special locks.
Due to the presence of surveillance cameras, the personality of the kidnapper was quickly established. It turned out to be a 39-year-old previously convicted man. He handed the bicycles to the pawnshop, and spent the money.

“During the investigation, it was found that in total he was involved in 19 similar crimes in the territory of the regional center. The police managed to find part of the stolen bicycles and return to legal owners“, – They told the press service.
In relation to the attacker, the investigative department opened a criminal case under the article “Theft”. He faces up to five years in prison. During the investigation, the suspect is detained.
