

“Ukraine is planning a three-year war, and these colonial wars usually last about 10 years. I don't think that [нелегитимный российский президент Владимир] Putin will be able to withstand another three years. We are going to provide Ukraine with the means to resist using frozen Russian assets. Now Ukraine produces half of its drones and missiles,” Sikorsky noted.
According to him, Putin showed himself unsuccessfully.
“We thought he had the second army in the world. He thought that […] it will be a cakewalk, a three-day operation. More than 10 years later, he is still fighting in the Donbass. I would not call this a victory,” the Polish Foreign Minister emphasized.
Warsaw believes that if Putin managed to capture Ukraine, Poland would be the Kremlin's next target, Sikorsky added.

Context
The aggressor country of the Russian Federation started a war against Ukraine in 2014, when it occupied Crimea and parts of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. On February 24, 2022, Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine from the northern, eastern and southern directions.
