As explained in the department, companies must conclude an agreement with the operator and register numbers so that the call is not considered spam. If the spam-call still occurred, the subscriber can inform the operator about this-and the spamer number will be blocked.
What else will change the government decree:
- Ukrainians in the combat zone will not block SIM cards for non-payment, and when first connecting to the network, they will be provided with a free package to chat with relatives;
- Subscribers will be able to see all the costs of the number and cancel paid services in your personal account;
- The Internet speed will necessarily indicate in the contract. If the speed is lower, you can file a complaint with the NKEK sphere or go to court.
