Andrei Ivan (29), the former striker from Craiova, had a terrible start to the match in Panathinaikos – Panserraikos, score 3-0, in round number 16 of the first league in Greece.
On Sunday, January 11, Andrei Ivan played his 14th game in the shirt of Panserraikos, the team that took him from Craiova University in the summer. He has managed to score two goals so far.

Ivan needed only 30 seconds to make his presence felt on the field. Not in a way he would have wanted, though.
The hosts got a kick from the corner of the field immediately after the start of the game. Ivan was marking an opponent. He sprinted, and the Romanian put both hands on him. The center referee did not call the foul, and the game continued. Those in the VAR room caught his attention and called him to the monitor to review the phase.
It was the 4th minute when the “central” Katoikos gave the yellow card to Ivan and showed the point with whitewash. The Romanian thought for a moment that he was lucky. Filip Djuricic initially missed, but managed to push the ball into the goal immediately after. The Oltean was substituted in the 77th minute. Zaroury made it 2-0 in the 15th minute, and Jedvaj also scored just before the break.
After the first 16 stages, Andrei Ivan's team is ranked last in the Greek championship, with only 5 points. He also has the lowest goal difference, -33.
