Schoolchildren from the Krasnoyarsk Territory were told about safe behavior near the power lines and electric objects. Such a block experts of the plant of transformer substations and high-voltage equipment “Pro-Tok” were introduced into career guidance excursions on the eve of the summer holidays.

Today, May 15, schoolchildren from the Pirovsky district visited the enterprise. The guys learned what path the electricity passes so that the lights were in the houses, for which it is necessary to increase and lower equipment, how it is arranged, how to protect yourself near electric objects, and also went through all production workshops. The plant experts tried to fill the story with interesting facts, for example, that in one distribution cabinet – a whole kilometer of wires.

Organizer teacher Maria Galimova says: “This tour was the first for students in grades 7-8. And right away – such luck, to be at a modern, technological enterprise. I liked what we were just told about the complex, they “plunged” into physical processes – the students saw in action what physicists heard in the lessons. Acquaintance with the plant was very lively, interesting. ”

The director of the Pro-Tok plant Anna Giratkova is convinced: early career guidance is not just a trend, this is an opportunity to ensure personnel stability for years to come:

“It is schoolchildren, students and universities in the near future will form the labor market, the capacity of which is now almost exhausted. Therefore, going to educational institutions is the same business task for us as the development of production and sales. ”

A tour of the Pirovo schoolchildren at the TOK plant took place as part of the career guidance program “Promka”, which is implemented by the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. “Pro-Tok” supports other regional and federal events in the field of professional navigation, and also holds its own-for example, for almost 10 years in December, the company organizes a small energy day, during which it reveals the versatility of the energy industry through creative, science and art.
