Daily temperatures were recorded on April 14, 2025 in four cities of the Siberian Federal District, the Russian Hydrometeorological Center said.

So, the absolute maximum temperature was blocked:

  • in Krasnoyarsk, where the air warmed up to +23.3 ° C (the previous maximum was recorded in 1993 and will be +21.8 ° C);

  • in Abakan – up to +28.9 ° C (The previous record in 2008 was +22.4 ° C);

  • in Kyzyl – up to +27.4 ° C (+21.9 ° C. in 2015);

  • in Irkutsk – up to +26.8 ° C (+23.6 ° C. in 1988).

Note that after abnormal heat to Krasnoyarsk, a cooling came. So, tonight street thermometers dropped to −3, −5 ° C, and during the day only +7, +9 ° C. On Thursday, it will fade sharply: +2 ° C at night and +16 ° C during the day. And at the end of the week, the temperature will collapse again: on Friday, weather forecasters promise +7, +10 ° C, and on the weekend – during the day not higher than +4 ° C, and at night – moderate frosts.
