Now visitors to educational institutions, shops, cafes and hotels will be able to comfortably use digital services, and motorists will be able to build routes using navigators without interruptions in communication.

“Minusinsk District attracts tourists from all over the region with its combination of rich history and amazing nature. Thus, in Minusinsk magnificent examples of merchant architecture and ancient temples have been preserved, and in its vicinity there are many picturesque locations – pisanitsa, lakes and other natural monuments. So that guests of the “tomato region” can comfortably use modern digital services, we regularly expand and modernize our network not only in recreational areas, but also in small settlements of the Minusinsk district,” said Sergei Yegoshin, director of MTS in the Krasnoyarsk region.

The Minusinsk district is known as the “tomato region” – large tomatoes of various varieties have been grown here for more than 100 years. Since 2004, the regional holiday “Minusinsk Tomato Day” has been held in Minusinsk. On the day of the festival, the city streets become a large concert venue, where you can visit exhibitions of flowers, fruits and vegetables, agricultural fairs and sports competitions, as well as participate or become a spectator in a competition for the largest grown tomato.
