34 home search warrants were executed in a criminal case regarding the commission of the crime of cheating in the field of sports betting, Golazo writes.
Following investigations, it emerged that in the last competitive season several people, including the players of a League 3 club, acted collectively to influence and vitiate certain results.
The Antena 3 CNN station claims that the team from Prahov involved is CS Păulești. Other sources indicate that among those targeted is also a former FCSB player, right back Gabi Matei (36 years old). He played for the red-blues between 2011 and 2015.
In recent years, Gabi Matei played in the lower leagues in Romania.
