How to bake cupcakes. Recipe for fluffy and aromatic dough

Ukrainian culinary YouTube blogger Liliya Tsvit told how to make delicious and fluffy cupcakes.

“Such cupcakes turn out to be really tasty, aromatic, soft and suitable for proper nutrition,” the blogger noted.

Products:

  • 200 g rice flour;
  • two eggs;
  • 80 g sugar;
  • one packet of vanilla sugar;
  • 80 ml kefir;
  • 50 ml vegetable oil;
  • 1 tsp. baking powder;
  • peeled and sliced ​​apple.

Preparation

  1. Mix sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar. Beat everything until a fluffy mass is formed.
  2. Add vegetable oil, kefir and mix.
  3. Add flour, baking powder to the egg mixture and knead the dough at low mixer speed.
  4. Fill silicone molds 2⁄3 full with dough. Lay out several apple slices.
  5. You can also lightly sprinkle the dough with cinnamon on top for flavor.
  6. Bake the muffins at 170°C for about 40 minutes until they are well browned
  7. Check readiness with a wooden stick – it should be dry. When the cupcakes have cooled slightly, remove them from the pan.
