In Krasnoyarsk, near Norilskaya Street, 72, a pump track and a walking alley will appear. The facilities are planned to open this year, GradVestnik reports.

They are being built by the developer under agreements with the city administration. After completion of the work, the site and alley will be transferred to municipal ownership. The pump track is designed for riding skateboards, stunt scooters, rollerblades and BMX bikes.

A 140-meter long walking alley is being built next to the site. Benches and trash cans have already been installed there, the lawn has been sown and lilacs have been planted. As a result, the microdistrict should have a single recreation space for local residents.

Previously, the passage to Norilskaya Street was also reconstructed in this area. These works are also included in the social obligations of the construction company SZ Sistema LLC. The developer is completing the construction of three houses in the microdistrict. In addition, the company must transfer apartments to the city.
