Ingredients

  • 200 g of flour
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 80 ml of vegetable oil
  • 120 ml of kefir
  • A teaspoon of baking powder
  • a pinch of salt and cinnamon
  • 1 large apple
  • 2 tablespoons of honey

Cooking

1. In a deep bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon. Beat the egg separately with kefir and oil, then connect it to dry ingredients. The dough should turn out to be thick, but fluid. Pour it into molds, filling them into two -thirds.

2. Cut the apple into thin slices, removing the core. Decorate each mold with dough with a fan of apple slices, slightly pressing them into the mass. Lubricate on top with honey to give shine to the future dessert.

3. Send the cupcakes to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Check the readiness with a toothpick. Such baking is served slightly cooled so that the apple rose does not lose its shape.
