If the usual “crab”, “Caesar” and “olivier” fed up, I want something unusual and interesting, it's time to try a new combination: crispy croutons, stretching cheese, fresh tomato and juicy crab sticks. And home dressing, with garlic and sour cream, no store mayonnaise is needed.
How to cook
- Cut a pack of crab sticks across, 2 tomatoes – strips, cheese, about 200 grams, rub on a coarse grater. Connect everything in a deep bowl.
- For sauce – take 4 cloves of garlic, squeeze them through the press and mix with 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste there.
- Make home croutons: cut the white loaf into cubes, sprinkle with butter, sprinkle with salt and smoked paprika, mix and fry in a dry pan for 5 minutes to crunch.
- Add half the croutons to the salad, mix with the sauce.
- Serve in a beautiful plate, put the remaining croutons on top and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
This salad is always bright, hearty and simply unrealistically tasty. Ideal for lunch and evening gatherings.
Advises the TG channel “Cooking deliciously and simply” (16):
If you want, add a little bell pepper, and sour cream can be replaced with Greek yogurt.
