A Polish woman was seriously injured in a tragic accident in Modena. New information

“The clinical condition is stable, but it does not yet allow us to determine the prognosis,” noted the statement from the branch of the state health service in Modena, where the woman has been in hospital for six days.
Tragedy in Modena. Eight injured
The Polish woman, as explained by ANSA, is a well-known person in the city; he works in the local market hall. On Saturday, she was riding her bike home from work when she was hit by a car traveling at high speed. Behind the wheel was a 31-year-old Italian citizen of Moroccan origin. A total of eight people were injured, including four seriously.
The perpetrator was arrested; he is in custody under psychiatric observation. Earlier, when deciding to maintain his detention, the judge wrote in her justification that the attack he committed was not a consequence of his mental condition. According to the judge, he wanted to attack as many people as possible.
On Thursday, a 69-year-old tourist from Modena, who was rammed by a car and had her legs amputated, was released from the hospital in Modena and transported to Germany. The health service explained that her condition allowed her to travel to Germany, where she would continue her convalescence and rehabilitation.
