Earthquake at Dinamo. A new name left the club: “Rather than arguing with Nicolescu, better each on his own way!”

Alessandro Caparco, former goalkeeper coach of Dinamo, spoke openly about the reasons that led to his departure from “Ștefan cel Mare”. The Italian revealed that the decision was an assumed one, after a series of misunderstandings with club officials.

The Italian technician ended his collaboration with Dinamo about a month ago, after a period in which he was part of the “red and white” staff.
The Italian admitted that the relationship with the management, especially with the administrator Vlad Iacob and the president Andrei Nicolescu, no longer worked as he wanted.
Second experience as a coach in Romania
For Alessandro Caparco, the adventure at Dinamo was the second experience in Romanian football, after, five seasons ago, he was a goalkeeper coach at FC Voluntari.
Caparco, former goalkeeper of several teams in Italy, declared himself satisfied with the time spent in Romania, but left room for a possible return in the future.
“I'm very well, I was on vacation, I'm back, it's good. I left after the last match with Craiova, it was already a month and a half with Kopic and Andrei Nicolescu. And I think I needed a break after all this time.
I and the president had started to see things differently, and I said then that it was better to… Andrei Nicolescu and I saw things differently, than to argue or have discussions all the time, better to part ways.
But I remained in a good relationship with mister Kopic and Andrei, we see each other often, we still talk, there was no conflict between us“, said Alessandro Caparco, according to iAMsport.
Caparco, confident in Dinamo's future
Even though he chose to leave “Ștefan cel Mare”, Alessandro Caparco admitted that he was impressed by the transformation of the club under the leadership of Andrei Nicolescu.
The former goalkeeper coach of the “dogs” says that his involvement brought stability and a clear direction to Dinamo.
Nicolescu took over the reins of the team in February 2023, and since then Dinamo has marked a historic moment: the exit from insolvency, an essential step towards the total recovery of the club.
“There were different points of view, there was no argument. Since Andrei and his Renovation came, a big difference has been seen, in a very good way.
And the owners of Renovatio are top 10 people, all together they did a good job, if Dinamo is fighting to win a title, it is thanks to Renovatio and Andrei and mister Kopic“, added the former goalkeeper from Dinamo.
