— Today we received further signals from Moscow that next year will be a year of war. These are not signals addressed only to us. It is important that our partners notice this. It is important that they not only recognize this, but also respond, especially US partners who often claim that Russia allegedly wants to end the war. But completely different signals are coming from Russia, different rhetoric – and in the form of official orders to their army – Zelensky said in a video speech published on the Telegram messenger.
The Ukrainian president emphasized that it is necessary to “notice and respond” to such an attitude of Russia. He accused Moscow of hiding “the desire to destroy Ukraine and Ukrainians, as well as the desire to legitimize the theft of our lands.”and further – other countries in Europe that someone in Russia may someday call their historic lands,” Zelensky noted.
According to him, Ukraine needs solutions in the field of security and finance, in particular regarding Russian assets. — We also need the courage of all our partners to see the truth, recognize it and act in accordance with it, he emphasized.
