Shtilerman noted that the manufacturing company depends on money; its budget is formed by external money. That is why Russia is now so clingy to the €90 billion of planned aid from the EU and, through pro-Russian European politicians, simply does not allow this money to come to Ukraine, Shtilerman explained.
