Weyserman Birobidzhan: Dreams and Tragedy (12+), information was posted that on June 4, 1944, a telegram was sent to the EAO of the Supreme Commander -in -Chief of Joseph Stalin, in which two houses for Jewish orphans were allowed to organize in the EAO. They will have to contain from 2 to 3.5 thousand children. But Stalin did not respond to this telegram. Perhaps she simply did not get to him, or maybe Stalin was not up to that. In any case, there was no refusal, and the leaders of the region considered the silence of the “father of the peoples” a sign of consent. Bakhmutsky and Zilrshtein, more than two months before sending the telegram to Stalin, filed a call to take part in the raise funds for the organization of two orphans for orphans.
