A resident of Krasnoyarsk complained to Rospotrebnadzor about a nail salon with a sign in a foreign language.

Based on this fact, the Department issued a warning to the owner about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of the legislation on the protection of consumer rights.

After this, the entrepreneur notified Rospotrebnadzor that the sign in violation of the law had already been dismantled, and a new one in Russian would be posted in the near future.

Let us remind you that on March 1, 2026, changes came into force that require businesses to post public information for consumers in Russian. Thus, the use of signs with the name of the organization in a foreign language is unacceptable from 03/01/2026.
