The prosecutor's office will check law enforcement officers in the criminal case of Sergei Natarov, the lawyer said

Law enforcement officers interested in the criminal prosecution of Sergei Natarov will be subject toofficial checks, said lawyer Alexander Khropot.

According to him, from the testimony of persons interrogated in court, by former Krasnoyarsk transport police officer Anatoly Nazhmetdinov and the head of Krasnoyarsk customs Marat Dudarov, acting under the auspices of the West Siberian transport prosecutor Ilya Sukhonosov, the former head of the city of Igarka, Evgeny Nikitin, was forced to conclude contracts for the supply of goods for the needs of the housing and communal services of the city of Igarka with the city controlled by them by Restro LLC.

“Upon the initiation of a criminal case against Sergei Natarov and other persons, this group of law enforcement officers, having removed obstacles to their actions, introduced one of their close relatives, Eldar Dudarov, into the management of housing and communal services enterprises in the city of Igarka, and imposed contracts worth about 200 million rubles. with Restro LLC, the only founder of which, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, “accidentally” is the namesake of one of these persons,” said lawyer Alexander Khropot, citing information received from participants in the criminal case.

After previously published similar information, the lawyer received additional information about the theft of budget funds that occurred not only in the city of Igarka, but also in other regions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, as well as regional government institutions.

“Persons involved in the case, as well as the defense, sent appeals to the Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia, the Military Investigative Committee, the FSB and the Chief Military Prosecutor about the involvement of these and other law enforcement officers in the theft of funds and abuse of official powers. Applications have been accepted for consideration.”

The progress of consideration of these appeals at the initiative of the defense was placed under additional special control of deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
