
If you want something light, crunchy and crisp, but not cold, this salad is for you. It's ready in 5 minutes from simple ingredients and gives you a feeling of freshness even on the grayest February day. Great as a snack, breakfast or light dinner.
What you will need:
white cabbage – 200 g
sweet and sour apple – 1 pc.
carrots – 1 pc.
lemon – half
olive oil – 1-2 tbsp. spoons
salt – a pinch
ground cumin – on the tip of a knife, if desired
How to cook:
- Chop the cabbage very thinly.
- Cut the apple into thin slices.
- Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
- Place everything in a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice, add oil, salt and cumin.
- Stir and let stand for 2-3 minutes, the cabbage will become softer and the salad juicier.
- Serve immediately.
