The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on the receipt of a large bribe by an official in relation to an expert in organizing and conducting sanitary and epidemiological examinations – an assistant doctor for occupational health at the branch of the Federal Budgetary Institution of Health “Center for Epidemiology and Hygiene in the Krasnoyarsk Territory” in Achinsk.

According to investigators, between August 2025 and January 2026, the suspect received 187 thousand rubles from the director of a commercial organization for issuing a false sanitary and epidemiological report necessary for permission to build facilities in Achinsk, which was previously denied by the administration due to the lack of a sanitary protection zone.
The defendant was charged with committing a crime under paragraph “c” of Part 5 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The court chose a preventive measure against him in the form of detention.
