Context
Russian occupiers attacked critical infrastructure facilities in Kyiv at night. The mayor of the capital, Vitaliy Klitschko, called on city residents to temporarily leave due to large-scale interruptions in heat supply and light.
On the evening of January 9, Klitschko reported on Telegram that heating had been resumed in 1,083 residential buildings in Podolsky, Obolonsky and Darnitsky districts. He recalled that after the massive shelling last night, almost 6 thousand high-rise buildings were left without heat.
