On Epiphany in Krasnoyarsk, traffic and parking will be prohibited near large churches

In Krasnoyarsk, to ensure safety during events in honor of the Orthodox holiday of Epiphany, restrictions will be introduced on the movement, stopping and parking of vehicles near some churches. This was reported to the mayor's office.

Thus, from 18:00 on January 18 to 08:50 on January 19 and from 09:00 to 20:00 on January 19, the following areas will be closed to travel:

  • at the right bank Church of the Nativity of Christ – on the street. Mendeleev from st. Shchorsa to building No. 35 “g” on the street. Academician Pavlov;

  • in the center near the Intercession Cathedral, one lane of traffic will be blocked on the even side of the street. Surikov from Mira Ave. to st. Lenin;

  • in Solnechny on the driveways to the Church of the Resurrection of Christ – on the alternate road st. Svetlova from house No. 7/1 to house No. 7/2 and the passage on the south side of the houses.

In addition, stopping and parking of vehicles will be prohibited:

  • in the Kirovsky district on the passage to St. Nicholas Church (Kommunalnaya St., 26 “g”, Shopping Center) – from the intersection near building No. 120 “b” on Krasrab to house No. 26 on Kommunalnaya;

  • in Solnechny on the street. Svetlova from house No. 5 “a” to house No. 9/2.
