In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a criminal case was opened against the general director of a commercial organization and his employee for the commission of fraud during the supply of gravel.

In the Eastern Interregional Investigation Department of Transport of the IC of Russia, they explained that in 2024, a commercial organization entered into a contract with another company for the supply of crushed stone. He had to have high frost resistance so that it could be used in construction in regions with a cold climate.

But there were no crushed stone with the desired parameters of businessmen. The head of the organization knew this and proposed replacing the material with an analogue.

“The attackers, wanting to abduct the customer’s money, replaced crushed stone with less cheap. They organized its supply and acceptance with subsequent payment. From the customer, they hid the true information about the characterization of crushed stone, ”the press service said.

Kommersers received more than 16 million rubles and disposed of this money at their discretion. The violation was revealed by the employees of the Federal Security Service of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. On the fact of violation of the law, a criminal case of fraud by prior conspiracy on an especially large scale has been instituted (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
