“Pork in an air fryer is a fast, convenient and quite healthy way to cook meat. An air fryer allows you to make pork with a crispy crust on the outside, leaving the meat juicy on the inside. And all this with virtually no oil, because cooking occurs due to the circulation of hot air. The dish is well suited for the everyday menu because it cooks quickly – in just half an hour,” the website says.
Ingredients:
- 800 g pork;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- 5 g turmeric;
- two cloves of garlic;
- 30 ml vegetable oil.
Preparation
- Cut the pork into steaks and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Add chopped garlic and mix thoroughly. Leave to marinate for half an hour.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180–200 °C and place the meat in it.
- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, turning the pieces once halfway through the cycle to ensure the meat browns evenly.
- After cooking, leave the meat for five minutes.
