Krasnoyarsk traffic police inspectors brought to administrative responsibility two motorists who violated traffic rules and started a traffic conflict.

The incident occurred the day before in the Oktyabrsky district. A video appeared on social networks showing how non-compliance with road signs by a Mazda driver, who violated the direction of travel from his lane, caused dissatisfaction among the Volkswagen driver. The latter caught up with his opponent, went out onto the roadway and tried to prove to the driver with his fists that he was wrong.
Traffic violation and subsequent conflict between two motorists
The police quickly identified the participants in the incident – they turned out to be residents of Krasnoyarsk. Both drivers admitted their guilt and apologized for their behavior.
A protocol was drawn up against the Mazda driver for failure to comply with the requirements prescribed by road signs (Part 1 of Article 12.16 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation), and in relation to the driver of a Volkswagen – for being a pedestrian on the roadway (Part 1 of Article 12.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) and the absence of a compulsory motor liability insurance policy (Part 2 of Article 12.37 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation). Total amount fines for both amounted to 2,000 rubles. We also had a preventive conversation with the motorists about the inadmissibility of such behavior on the roads.
