“I don’t want to love anyone anymore, I don’t let anyone into my soul and that’s it,” he admitted.
According to Smorigin, at first he was friends with Lydia, and when she became pregnant, he married her, as he felt responsible for the unborn child.
“Because this is how it is necessary for a child to have a father. I thought and think that this is necessary so that a child has a father and a mother,” said the artist.
“Even if dad and mom don't love each other?” – Demin asked.
“Or maybe my mother loves me?” Smorigin laughed. “I don’t know what love is. I can’t love anymore. I love my children. And I miss my wife. Maybe this is true love?”
The actor admitted that despite this, he sometimes confesses his love to his wife.
“She accepted me. She and I will soon be together for 18 years,” he added. “If she wasn’t happy with it, she would probably have left a long time ago. That means she likes it. And I, most likely, like it.”
Context
Smorigin was born in 1979 in Minsk. Since 2015, the actor has been a participant in various projects of the creative association “Diesel Studio”. Together with his wife Lydia and three children, Smorigin lives in Kyiv.
Early November 2022 Smorigin said that he passed the exam in the Ukrainian language, after which he received Ukrainian citizenship.
Lydia is the actor’s second wife. His first wife was a Russian woman from Moscow. After breaking up with her, the actor abused alcohol for some time.
