The arbitration court granted the claim of the Krasnoyarsk administration to seize nine non -residential buildings from Kopstroy LLC for the integrated development of the territory on Shakhtarov Street. This was reported by the press service of the court.

The city hall gave this territory to the CCT in early 2023. A year later, the city authorities entered into an agreement with the developer Megapolis, which will implement a draft integrated development.
Initially, the city offered 379 million rubles for objects, but the court increased the amount of compensation to 430 million. The owner abandoned the voluntary agreement, which led to trial.
The day before, the court decided to withdraw objects from the owner for the indicated amount. The court decision has not yet entered into legal force.
