The MTS digital ecosystem introduced a new AI assistant to improve emotional well-being. The smart assistant is included in the package of services of the youth tariff “RIIL”.
As the company shared, Krasnoyarsk residents will be able to discuss their worries and problems with the AI and ask for practical advice. For example, if the user is hesitant to change jobs at the beginning of his career, the assistant will ask clarifying questions, highlight the essence of the problem – for example, lack of career growth – and suggest a specific step: make a list of interesting companies and look at suitable vacancies.
The service is for entertainment purposes and does not replace professional psychological assistance. When discussing taboo topics related to serious mental problems or trauma, the AI will stop the conversation and recommend contacting a qualified professional. The conversation history remains confidential and can be completely deleted at the user's request.
This assistant became the third in the “RIIL” package, previously it already included “AI Trainer” and “AI Stylist”.
