The conditions said that if the customer does not notify the refusal within 45 days, 30 % of the cost of overexposure are recognized as a fee for booking a place that another customer could occupy.
The hostess of the cats considered these conditions illegal and complained to Rospotrebnadzor. The service filed a lawsuit with a lawsuit and the girl compensated for 13,320 rubles – 6,880 return the advance, 2,000 moral damage and 4,440 – a fine.
