Norilchanka sued the zoogostynik for non -return of the advance. Details of history were told in Rospotrebnadzor.
She paid the advance payment of 6,880 rubles, but the plans changed. The girl asked to return the money, to which she received a refusal with reference to the terms of the contract. The conditions said that if the customer does not notify the refusal within 45 days, 30 % of the cost of overexposure are recognized as a fee for booking a place that another customer could occupy.
The hostess of the cats considered these conditions illegal and complained to Rospotrebnadzor. The service filed a lawsuit with a lawsuit and the girl compensated for 13,320 rubles – 6,880 return the advance, 2,000 moral damage and 4,440 – a fine.
