Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan said on Sunday, in the plenary of Parliament, that ANRE, ASF and ANCOM reform is not a moft and an option, but a necessity without which Romania would be more vulnerable.
“We are talking about three institutions that directly influence the life of each Romanian. ASF decides how safe the economies and pensions are. ANRE establishes how much we pay for the energy invoices. ANCOM regulates how communications work. The way these institutions operate depends on the financial stability of the people, the energy safety of the country and the function of the country is not a safety. It would be more vulnerable exactly when he needs to be stronger, ”said the prime minister.
He asked the parliamentarians to reject the censure motion submitted by the opposition against the project that proposes to make the activity of ANRE, ASF and ANCOM, pointing out that the reform of the three institutions does not concern the surveillance areas, but the bureaucracy.
“From the motion it is not understood what is the objection of the signatures of the motion, that we do too little reform or too much reform. We are told that the salaries at ASF, ANRE and ANCOM are too high, but that is why the government has proposed a correction. We reduce salaries for all staff by 30% including at the level of management, we are to the maximum of the minister. I reduce the disproportionate income and bring them closer to a correct level that must be justified by the performance. Administrative from the specialized ones.
The prime minister appealed to responsibility.
“When it comes to national safety, energy, communications and financial stability, populist games should be left aside. I do not want to overlook several dangerous attacks in this motion. They mislead, to weaken the citizens in the state institutions. Propagandistic ”, said the head of the Executive.
Senators and deputies met on Sunday, from 1:00 pm, in a common meeting to debate and vote for the four censorship motions against the Government.
Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan and his team of ministers also attend the meeting. The first two censorship motions failed, after not even gathered the votes of the initiators.
The legislature has debated the third censorship motion entitled “The Government mimics the reform-ASF, ANRE and ANCOM continues to be corrupt, incompetent and malicious institutions, captive to the political client and without professional governance”, against the draft law assumed by the Bolojan Government on the efficiency of some autonomous authorities.
Five hours after the onset of the meeting, the vote began for the third censorship motion. Now there are votes. The entire clearing of events in Parliament are live on Hotnews.
