Kosovar Mevlan Zeka (31 years old) is the new striker of the UTA Arad team, the Superliga group announced on Sunday.
FC Suhareka, Zeka's former team, relegated to the end of season 2024/25, although the striker was the goalscorer in Kosovo.

“With 22 goals successful last season, Mevlan Zeka is the new UTA striker! The Kosovar signed a contract with our club until 2027. It measures 1.82 m, comes from FC Suhareka where the team captain, but also the goalscorer of the recently concluded edition.
He also played in the European Conference League, Europae, Champions League) with goals scored in the preliminaries. Zeka's CV also includes 3 champion titles in Kosovo, a cup and a supercurs, ”the club release in Arad shows.
