The presidential platform “Russia is a Land of Opportunities” and Rosmolodezh opened an internship program at all-Russian youth forum platforms in 2026. The first of them will be TIM “Biryusa”.
This year, three directions are open: program trainee, forum protocol support trainee, and forum supervisor trainee for working with participants. Internships take place in person at the forum site and involve complete immersion in the work of the directorate. Young people aged 18 to 35 from different regions of Russia, including the Krasnoyarsk Territory, can apply. Food and accommodation are provided by the organizers
Program trainees will help prepare educational spaces, participate in coordinating lectures, master classes, and work with participant feedback. Interns in the protocol service will prepare expert visits, accompany guests and ensure their comfortable interaction with participants. Trainee curators will accompany the teams, help with organizational issues and act as a link between the participants and the management.
The Agency for Youth Policy and Implementation of Social Development Programs of the Krasnoyarsk Territory noted that internships at Biryusa have long proven their effectiveness. Last year alone, 15 interns gained experience working on the forum team. Three of them were employed, ten more continue to cooperate with the organizers.
“The internship was life-changing for me: working on the forum is like painting a big picture, where everyone leaves their mark. This project gave me invaluable experience and true friends,” shared last year’s intern Elizaveta Semenova.
You can apply for a field of interest to you now through the catalog of opportunities on the “Russia – Land of Opportunities” platform. Later, similar programs will be launched on other forums in the Rosmolodezh line.
