In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, hundreds of orphans will receive apartments by the end of the year

In 2025, 655 apartments will be purchased for orphans from the Krasnoyarsk Territory. For these purposes, within the framework of the regional program “Creation of conditions for the housing for citizens and the formation of a comfortable urban environment”, more than 2.5 billion rubles were allocated.

In Krasnoyarsk, 243 orphans will be provided in Krasnoyarsk, 42 ​​in the Achinsky municipal district, in the Kansky municipal district-41, in the Minusinsk municipal district-25, in the Rybinsk municipal district-in the Emelyanovsky municipal district-18, in the Yenisei municipal district-16, in the Balanthinsko-Novoselovsky, in the Balakhinsko-Novoselovsky, in the Balanthin-Novoselovsky, in the Balanthin-Novoselovsky, in the Balanthin-Novoselovsky, in the Balanthin-Novoselovsky, in the Balanthin-Novoselovsky, Kuraginsky and Shushensk municipal districts-14 orphans each. In the remaining municipal and urban districts, from 1 to 12 apartments in the secondary residential market will acquire.

Recall that now in the Krasnoyarsk Territory there are two mechanisms to provide housing for orphans, providing finished housing and issuing a housing certificate. Certificates are very popular, thanks to which this year at least 637 orphans will be able to independently purchase housing for themselves in any cities and regions of the region.

“Certificates are provided to orphans with work experience of at least six months that have no alimony and other obligations. For the rest, we get apartments in those municipalities where they live. In small cities and areas of the region, there is a shortage of high -quality and ready for the sale of housing, but we managed to purchase suitable options and by the end of the year all orphans will be able to settle in our own apartments, ”said Irina Kotelnikova, deputy minister of construction and housing and communal services.

Earlier it became known that the deputies of the Legislative Assembly plan to develop a subprogram of repairs of municipal housing. The problem of the capital and current repair of municipal residential premises has become the theme of the joint meeting of the section of the Coordinating Council and the Construction Committee, Housing and Public Utilities and COM issues and emergencies of the regional parliament.
