A team of young specialists Suek-Krasnoyarsk became the winner of the All-Russian Forum “Mountain School”

The national team of the miners of JSC SUEK-Krasnoyarsk, Borodinsky, Nazarovsky and Berezovsky cuts-Region-24 for the first time since 2013 became the leader of the All-Russian Youth Scientific and Practical Forum “Mountain School-2025”.

From June 16 to Berdsk, nine teams of young coal miners from different parts of Russia “pumped” professionalism, talked with top managers of the company, gained new knowledge and skills useful for professional growth. This year the winners were chosen in seven nominations, and the Krasnoyarsk miners became the best in four of them.

The most important competitive test has traditionally been the decision of the engineering case.

“The theme of the current forum is“ through technologies at a mining enterprise: when forming technological leadership, “rather extensive, not simple,” said Nikita Ivanov, head of the Nazarovsky section of the Nazarovskiy section. – Our case was dedicated to the digitalization of the machine time of the main technological equipment. We suggested introducing automated machine accounting systems to develop our own software for computers and smartphones, taking the best digitalization practices that are currently available today. The Nazarovsky incision was considered as a pilot site. Our decision was highly noted by the jury – we earned 4.2. This is the best result! ”

Other forum contests were no less successful. Business games, photo contests, a team test based on the Fort Boyard television game – every day at a mountain school was saturated with events and meetings.

“In addition to the engineering case, we showed an excellent result in the business quest“ Operation P ”, the business game“ Shipwroxing ”, we took first place in one of the photo contests,” says Ekaterina Altabasova, chief specialist of the Berezovsky section of the Berezovsky section. -All these contests helped us, firstly, to become even more united, and, secondly, to understand who possesses what qualities and what it will be useful to the team, in which its strengths. It was very important, and partly, thanks to this, we clearly distributed roles and were able to get into the leaders! ”

According to the forum participants, such events contribute not only to professional growth, but also help to hone flexible skills, such as the ability to work in a team, communication, the development of critical thinking and many others.

“This helps not only in work, but also in life in general,” says Anatoly Mintrachenko, driver of the excavator of the Borodino section. – Of course, the schedule is not simple, a lot of sleepless nights are experienced behind the Case – not everyone will be able to have time for the rhythm of a mountain school! But we coped, and the result only charged us! Finally, the Leader's status was returned to the Region-24 team. We are power! “

Recall that the All-Russian Youth Scientific and Practical Forum “Mountain School” annually collects young specialists of the mining industry. The forum is organized with the support of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and the Reliable Change Foundation. This year it was held for the thirteenth time.
