In Krasnoyarsk, participants in the Special Military Operation can receive up to 500 thousand rubles to start their own business.

One-time financial assistance is provided by the employment center; it is free of charge subject to the terms of the contract.

This year, five Krasnoyarsk residents took advantage of this opportunity, one of them was Matvey Martynov. The young man returned from the combat zone in July 2024 and was awarded the medal “For Courage.”

After rehabilitation, Matvey decided to open his own business, and the employment center supported his initiative. So in April, the martial arts sports club “Martynov Tim” appeared in the regional center. The project is aimed at the physical development of children and youth, the formation of moral qualities and discipline.

Matvey trains the participants himself; he is a two-time champion of Russia in hand-to-hand combat, a two-time silver medalist of Russia in pankration, a two-time champion of the 41st Combined Arms Army in army hand-to-hand combat. Under the guidance of an experienced mentor, young athletes prepare for regional and federal competitions in applied martial arts.

The one-time financial assistance funds were used to equip the gym.
