The combination of sweet pears and salty mushrooms may seem strange, but the result will exceed all expectations. Guests will remain delighted, and everyone will ask for the recipe.

It is quite simple, and even a novice cook will cope with it:

Ingredients

  • Flour – 200 g
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Sugar – 50 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Pear – 2 pcs.
  • Champignons – 200 g
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Salt and pepper – to taste

Cooking

  1. Mix flour, butter and sugar. Add the egg and knead the dough. Roll it and put half into baking. Make sides.
  2. Cut mushrooms and onions, fry in a pan. Add salt and pepper. At the end, put peeled and crushed pears. Put the mass on the dough.
  3. Sprinkle the filling with grated cheese, and cover it with the second half of the dough on top. You can make the patterns with a fork to your taste. Do not forget to lubricate with an egg.
  4. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. After 30-40 minutes, the dough is browned, and the cheese will melt. Let the cake cool a little before serving.
