Note and “trust technology” will develop joint solutions in the field of ERP and business consulting

Vendor Nota (included in the IT Holding T1) and the consulting company “Technologies of trust” entered into a partnership agreement.

The document was signed as part of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (PMEF-2025) and provides for long-term cooperation in the field of digital transformation of companies. Partners will join efforts in the development of domestic ERP solutions and business consulting.

The parties intend to jointly build stable design alliances covering the entire cycle of digital transformation-from the adjustment of business processes to the implementation of IT architectures corresponding to the principles of technological sovereignty and regulators.

Another area of ​​cooperation is the development of vendor products, for example, the platform for going to the Visor tax monitoring mode and the GRC platform for the risk management of Oasis. The note will be responsible for the technological integration of these solutions for customers, and “trust technology” for methodological support and examination in the field of internal control and reporting.

“As a result of the partnership, we combine the examination of two players: the note-in the field of digital transformation, Tedo-in the deep sense of business processes. Together we will be able to create holistic ecosystems where everything works in a single logic, ”commented Anton Spirin, deputy general director for business development, the note (part of the IT Holding T1).

As part of the partnership, the parties also plan information interaction, including joint events, data exchange and communication initiatives in the field of development of Russian software.
