When her father heard a verdict in the form of a terminal diagnosis, she knew how much mourning could have an impact on her. She saw her mother fought alcoholism after the death of a loved one.

– I didn't want to have something in my life that would allow me to turn off emotionally – says. – I have two children. I want to be the best version of myself for them, so I decided it was the right time to put a dot – she added.

The second reason was the upcoming menopause. White wanted to do everything to maintain as much energy and vitality as possible when the hormones are starting to go crazy.

– There is also more and more talk about the effects of alcohol on women and the development of cancer – he notes. “My resistance to stress is incomparably greater than when I was drinking,” he emphasizes. – On days with a hangover, everything seemed overwhelming – added.
