On the morning of May 5, the troops of the aggressor country Russia attacked the port of Odessa. The Ukrainian Sea Ports Administration (USPA) reported this on Telegram.
As a result of the attack, a civilian ship flying the flag of the Cook Islands was damaged.
According to the USPA, the ship's crew was not injured.
Specialized services are working on site to eliminate the consequences of the impact and assess the extent of the damage.
“The port operates taking into account security risks,” the administration added.
Previously, the Air Force warned about a UAV heading towards Odessa/Chernomorsk from the Black Sea.
