The Office of the capital construction of Krasnoyarsk filed a lawsuit against Giprostroymost with a request to correct defects in a pedestrian crossing across Karl Marx Street to BKZ.
The object was built in 2021, but after 2.5 years serious disadvantages became obvious. Then the administration put the bridge in order in their own power.
According to the claim, there are cracks in the glass transition structures, and the drain pipe is poorly fixed. The work warranty is 10 years, but the contractor refuses to eliminate problems for free.
The city authorities demand that the company correct all defects within 20 days after the court decision. They also want to recover from the contractor 40 thousand rubles of a fine and 500 thousand rubles of a penalty in case of failure to fulfill the work.
The first hearing is scheduled for November 19.
