Julia Sauter, the representative of Romania in figure skating, finished in 11th place at the European Championships in Sheffield, Great Britain.

After the short program, where she collected only 52.53 points and took the 18th position, Julia showed determination and talent in the free program, finishing in 6th place with 121.94 points and a total of 174.37 points. This evolution ensured him a solid result, even if he did not surpass his personal best, the 7th place achieved last year.

Niina Petrokina retains her European title
The European title was won for the second consecutive time by Estonia's Niina Petrokina, who led from the start and accumulated 216.14 points.
The silver medal went to the Belgian Loena Hendrickx, with 191.26 points, and the podium was completed by the Italian Lara Naki Gutmann, who totaled 186.87 points.
Anastasiia Gurbanova, the 2023 champion and runner-up in the short program, performed below expectations in the free program and finished in 5th place with 184.36 points.
