At a meeting of the Presidium of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, chaired by the governor, Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Bakhar presented a report on the implementation of the regional project “Labor Productivity”, which is part of the national project “Efficient and Competitive Economy”.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that the goal of the project is to ensure the growth of the region’s economic potential through modernization and optimization of production activities. By order of the President, by 2030 it is necessary to include in the project at least 40% of medium and large enterprises in basic non-resource sectors and all social organizations.

“We need to ensure the effective implementation of measures to increase labor productivity in the social sphere. There is serious and systematic work to be done here. We will need unified solutions and professional teams that will help implement new approaches and practices,” said Vladimir Bakhar.

The indicators were achieved ahead of schedule: 142 enterprises were involved against the plan of 130, seven projects in the direction of “Lean Production” were completed, three more are in the process of completion.

At the initiative of the region, a departmental project is being implemented, recognized as the best practice at the federal level. Over three years, seven participating enterprises increased their revenue to 400 million rubles and moved to the federal level of support.

Medical institutions are also implementing lean manufacturing methods, which leads to improved quality and availability of medical care. Twice as many medical organizations joined the project as originally planned. The number of dispensary observations per doctor has increased.

Starting this year, other social organizations are involved in the project. It is planned that by 2030 more than 2 thousand educational, cultural, sports, healthcare and social policy institutions will take part. An interdepartmental group led by the Deputy Prime Minister has been created to coordinate this work.
