The candidate of the “Romania before” Alliance, Crin Antonescu, said, after announcing the results of the exit polls, that the elections are not decided by the polls made at the ballot box, we wait for the counting of all the votes. “We hope we will continue together in the second round,” Antonescu said.
“I thank those who have given me a vote, I feel obliged (…) I would like to thank those who worked in the campaign and I would like to congratulate and address them a thought of appreciation and to those who worked in the counter-candidates. Dem is a battle on ideas in which we must never forget that we will say that we will say that we have to say that we have to say that”
He said he hopes to be one of the candidates who will enter the second round, after completing the voting counting process.
“I know that the victory in the elections is not decided by the exit-polls. We are waiting to count each vote (…) thanks to all those who voted today and hope that we will continue together in the second round,” said Antonescu.
