The Krasnoyarsk branch of Rostelecom will employ graduates of the first stream of the corporate educational project “Base Station”.

The Base Station project was launched in October 2025 in partnership with the Krasnoyarsk College of Radio Electronics and Information Technology. To train future specialists, Rostelecom organized an innovative training class, where students received four months of additional professional training free of charge.

Of the 23 program participants, eight people are already being considered for vacancies in the company’s technical infrastructure unit.

The training included a theoretical part and practical exercises on Rostelecom equipment and digital platforms. Lectures and master classes were conducted by certified specialists from the company and the college. This approach allowed students to immerse themselves in real production processes.

Elena Kudina, HR business partner of the Krasnoyarsk branch of Rostelecom: “The team is our main value. We are interested in young talents and are ready to invest in their development. After completing corporate training, we offer students official employment in positions such as customer service specialist, installer or technical support specialist. This is a great opportunity to start a career in a large company.”

Among entry-level employees, the position of installer is most in demand. Thanks to a flexible schedule, you can combine work with study.

Vladislav Kruglikov, student at the Krasnoyarsk College of Radio Electronics and Information Technologies, installer at the Rostelecom service center: “By the end of the course, I knew for sure that I wanted to work in parallel with my studies. In the morning I am at college classes, and in the evening I connect services for new subscribers. In addition to the technical aspects, I am already well versed in the company’s offerings and can easily explain, for example, the advantages of the Wink online cinema or smart home systems.”

In March 2026, the training of the second stream of students under the “Base Station” program began. Its graduates will also be able to apply for priority employment at Rostelecom.

“Base Station” is an educational project of Rostelecom aimed at preparing students of secondary specialized educational institutions for employment as subscriber service technicians and cable technicians. The program is developed for students of 3-4 years of technical specialties and includes: 19 distance theoretical courses, 14 practical classes with a teacher, as well as certification testing confirming readiness for professional activities.
